Take F!ve is meant for the E flat Alto saxohone players. The software makes easy the learning of the positions of the fingers for all the possible notes for the Alto saxophone. You can use it with a score by reporting on the staff the note you want to know the main fingers position and all its alternative positions. The available keyboard gives you an immediate transcription for an instrument in C. With the transcription wheel you will go further with all the possible scales. Take F!ve works fine for 7, for Vista you will probably not have sound... Enjoy it's FREE !

G!ant Steps is for the B flat tenor saxophonists. As Take F!ve it's a tool for learning the fingers positions and its use is optimum with a score. G!ant Steps has all the features of Take F!ve, like the keyboard and the transcription wheel. I need a feed back about the sound, It seems to be diferent depending on the OS. For Linux users I put the sources, actually only the main file, you will need to install Python2.7, PyQt4 and pyaudio before, and the images and sounds files that you can extract from the .exe (with Wine for ex.)
